Sky Watcher - October 2025
Saturn, Circlet, and The Great Square
On October 5, the nearly full Harvest Moon and the planet Saturn will meet in the southern sky. Both the Moon and Saturn will be easily visible in the southwestern sky beginning around 9:00pm, but will remain in the sky until the Moon sets around 5:00am on the morning of October 6. The Moon and Saturn will be just beneath the asterisms of The Circlet in the constellation Pisces and The Great Square in the constellation Pegasus.
